I am a Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and work at all times within the BACP Ethical Framework. I attend regular clinical supervision as this is a requirement of my profession and ensures the quality of my work.

I am committed to a programme of ongoing professional development and as such I attend regular training and practice development courses.

The following distillation of some aspects of my professional experience provides a guide to how my skills have been employed.

18 years clinical practice in individual counselling, both in the UK and Wales. Some of this practice was conducted in conjunction with clinical/educational psychologists, psychiatrists and other relevant professionals, other aspects were conducted as a sole practitioner. More recently I have been employed as the programme therapist in a residential special school, developing and delivering the therapeutic programme within the school. I also developed and delivered a staff training and support package for people working with challenging clients, I currently work with the school as a consultant.
